HADITH OF THE MOMENT

In Sahih Al Bukhari and Sahih Muslim it is narrated from Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah SAW said, "Avoid the seven sins that dooms a person to Hell."

These are ; Associating others with Allah, witchcraft, killing a soul whom Allah has forbidden killing, except in cases required by Islamic law, consuming riba, consuming the orphan's wealth, running away from the battlefield, and slandering chaste and innocent believing women.

  2. Wa aleykum salam. Thank for taking out time to read and comment. I believe this comment is for the next post. Cupping is called Al hijama in Arabic. It's a physio thereupatic procedure where unclean blood is drawn from the body through an incision in the body, either the back, arm or shoulder. If you live among the hausa mallams, you will observe them doing this using an oval shaped thick cup. Anas ibn Malik reported that the Prophet SAW said that "Indeed the best of remedies you have is Cupping " Al Bukhari. It's a very important sunnah which has unfortunately been relegated to the background.

Concerning the fast, while it is highly recommended that you repay all missed fast before the commencement of the next Ramadan, in the event that you are unable to do so, there are different opinions, the most popular however is that you fast the Ramadan fast that has commenced, then you repay the fast that you missed, and finally you feed a miskeen, someone who is poor, for all the days you have missed the fast. I hope I have succeeded in answering your questions. Allah knows best.
